Charlotte is a sports coach who organizes sessions to exercise while meeting new people. Her goal: expand to other cities. Her problem: she spent more time managing registrations than growing her business.
Before my intervention, everything was manual: WhatsApp sign-ups, payment links sent by hand, client tracking on Excel. Impossible to scale.
I designed and implemented a complete system: a web page for registrations and Stripe payments, event centralization in ClickUp, and automatic sync via Make for every new registration.
