Linkflow is a client portal built for freelancers who want to centralize project communication, time tracking, and deliverable validation — rather than managing it all over email. Each freelancer can manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own client portal — technically implemented as a single page managed by Bubble privacy rules rather than separate pages per project.
The app is built on Bubble, with a subscription business model (monthly or annual) managed via Stripe Connect. Shared file storage between freelancer and client relies on Bubble's native infrastructure (AWS behind the scenes). Emails, confirmations, and reminders go through Brevo.
Time tracking is directly tied to billing: tracked time on a project feeds automatic invoice generation, connected to payment via Stripe Connect — closing the loop between work done and payment received with no manual re-entry.
The portal also lets you create validation requests ("to-dos") for the client, with automatic reminders until they take action.
