Planit is a B2B SaaS platform for event agencies to manage the operational logistics of their events: lodging, food and beverage, transport, and event timeline. Each agency has a single account where it can create and manage multiple events.
The app is built on Bubble. For transport, it integrates the Google Flights API to search for flights related to the event.
Functionally, Planit covers the full guest management cycle: registration and attendance tracking, guest group organization, experience personalization by profile, organization task management, event agenda building, and day-of check-in. A reminder optimization module supports guest follow-up throughout the process, from invitation to attendance confirmation.
Unlike other event platforms, Planit deliberately excludes budget management and vendor matchmaking — the app focuses on guest logistics and event flow, not the event supply chain.
